The Detours

If you asked the younger me to draw the life I would have someday, I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t draw this one.

Some parts turned out better. Some became harder. Some I wouldn’t have chosen at all.

I failed at things I expected to succeed in, loved people unexpectedly, lost those I thought would stay, and became responsible for unplanned burdens.

And somewhere between my plans and detours, I began to understand life differently, without regret.

Every chapter in this blog is a collection of those detours.

Perhaps you’ll find a piece of your own journey in these stories. And if you’re standing at a crossroads in your life right now, I hope these reflections remind you that not all detours mean you’re lost.

Sometimes, they’re leading you to where you needed to go.
